近日，浙江师范大学人文高等研究院资深教授姚新中在权威期刊Journal of Chinese Philosophy在线发表文章“Embodied Mind and Embodied Knowing – Xin 心 and Zhi 知in the Book of Mencius”。Journal of Chinese Philosophy是国际上唯一一种以中国哲学命名的国际外文期刊，也是国际中国哲学学会的会刊。该季刊已有50多年历史，目前被A&HCI收录。

姚新中，男，1957年生，哲学博士，现为中国人民大学杰出学者特聘教授、博士生导师，浙江师范大学人文高等研究院资深教授。曾入选国家外专局高层次文教专家（2011）、教育部长江学者计划讲座教授(2012)，曾获北京市高等教育教学成果奖一等奖 (2017年)、教育部国家级教学成果奖二等奖 (2018年)。主要研究领域为伦理学、比较哲学、宗教学、儒学等，在《Philosophy East and West》《Journal of Chinese Philosophy》《Asian Philosophy》《哲学研究》等国际国内刊物发表学术论文近百篇，国内外知名出版社出版中英文学术专著、编著20余种，包括《当代中国伦理的变迁》(2021)、《当代中国哲学创新方法论研究》(2019)、《Reconceptualizing Confucian Philosophy in the 21st Century》( 2017 )、 《Confucian Studies-Critical Concepts in Asian Philosophy》( 2010 )、《Wisdom in Early Confucian and Israelite Traditions》(2006)、《Encyclopedia of Confucianism》(2003)、《An Introduction to Confucianism》(2000) 《Confucianism and Christianity》(1996)、《道德活论》（1990）等。
